HA! So much has been happening in my place of work o! Abeg, theory is different from practical ....as always! I tried to do all I learnt during my orientation and computer training, but I realized today, that OYO (on your own) was my case! ahaha! A colleague had advised me before to pretend I don't know when issues arise and another said more duties will be added to my schedule since I work too hard. Of course, I didn't listen because ITK is my middle name and it has been shoved up my a** this week! It hurts, I won't pretend, but I have gotten over it and re-strategized! I have sent my zeal on vacation and dumping all my training into the trash! It is BS!
I now know why people say men managers are better than women managers! I remember my friend and cousin nearly resigned from their jobs because of their female boss. Believe me, some female managers are really a piece of s***! There is one in my place of work that no good word is said about her! Some employees resigned over the years because of her high-handed patronizing attitude ... you know how an arrogant person tries to be humble but it just comes off! I just look at her like a power drunk b****! This type of person like people to be following her like mumu, anyone that divert from that path gets a vindictive reprisal from her. Coworkers said they were surprised at her attitude, that, before she got to that position, she was quiet as a mouse, when luck shined on her and was promoted to that position, she bared her fangs! I believe she never dreamt of getting to that position and when she did.....
Nevertheless, my place of work is good, in all fairness, I have to simply learn to follow what others are doing...be seen and be silent. ...OK, it is past 4pm, my bedtime! ADIOS!
